Description
Specification: Shrinkage ratio: 2:1 Temperature that start to shrink: 80℃ Temperature that solder ring start to melt: 111˚C Temperature that solder ring melt completely:138˚C Note: It means the temperature of surface of the connector, rather than the temperature that the hot air gun should set. How to use: 1. Strip the two wires that going to connect and select the right size of these waterproof wire connectors. 2. Thread the connector to one of the wires and then twist the two conductor together. 3. Move the solder seal wire connector to the middle of the conductor. 4. Apply heat to the solder seal butt connector slowly and evenly with a hot air gun with nozzle until it melt with the wire. Note: 1. Make sure you have clean wire! By this I mean when you strip out the end of the wire it should be nice shiny copper. 2. Some of our customers can use lighter to finish the joint, but we recommend that it is better to use a heat gun with REFLECTOR NOZZLE to heat shrink the connector. 3. If you use heat gun without reflector nozzle, please rotate the wire when you are heating or surround the wire to heat so that the tube was heated evenly. 3-5 cm (1.18-1.96 inch) is the suitable distance that we recommend from the mount of heat gun to the connectors. Package Include: 1.40 x White Connectors: Diameter 1.7 mm, able cross-section 0.25-0.34 mm²(A.W.G.:26-24); 2.70 x Red Connectors: Diameter 2.7 mm, Cable cross-section 0.5-1.0 mm²(A.W.G.:22-18); 3.35 x Blue Connectors: Diameter 4.5 mm, Cable cross-section 1.5-2.5 mm²(A.W.G.:16-14); 4.15 x Yellow Connectors: Diameter 6.0 mm, Cable cross-section 4.0-6.0 mm²(A.W.G.:12-10).
