What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 5 lbs. dextrose corn sugar, Red Star DADY Yeast, FERMAX Yeast Nutrient, BSG Amylase. We've included a packet of One Step sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process. Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through.
