Made from cork, these traditional strips are more breathable and durable than cheaper foam alternatives. Instructions are included. Contains six adhesive strips - each 3 inch / 8cm long. One pack can reduce your hat size by up to 3/4inch (or 2cm). For reference this is about one hat size, taking a Large to a Medium.
