This code compliant emergency exit device is an excellent choice for secondary exits when security is an issue and a great way to prevent theft. It will alert control personnel of an unauthorized exit when the alarm system is heard. It features a 100 decibel alarm powered by an included 9 volt battery making it a completely wireless alarm system. The alarm can only be reset with a control key. Unlocking and locking the deadbolt will always arm and disarm the alarm plus the lock body is corrosion resistant.
