After a cardio/stretch warm-up (5 Min.), this 60 min. workout features 3 cardio +weights intervals (13 Min., 12 Min. & 12 Min.). Each has body-specific cardio, before appropriate resistance-sculpt. The 4th interval (18 Min.) alternates floor sculpt with same-muscle stretches. The diverse choreography has both exercise variety & effective sequencing.
